Job Description
1. Key Purpose Statement
The key purposes of this role are to ensure the EEC NE has:
the appropriate capabilities and knowledge to establish data map, analysis information flow and anticipate middle term change trend.
2. Organizational Context
The Business Analysis Manager reports into the Senior Marketing Manager who in turn reports to the Director, NE Sales & Marketing.
3. Key Dimensions
The Business Analysis Manager will be responsible for providing knowledge of marketing data sources collection, integration, and analysis and building NE capabilities to enable marketing, channel, and product strategy with strong links to the sustainable development.
4. Outputs and Accountabilities
Key Responsibilities
1) Strategy and Operations:
NE marketing data mapping and scouting
Map NE marketing and performance geographies:
Macroeconomic and real-estate market trend
Developers analysis
Elevator industry analysis include competitor monitor and analysis
Sales channel analysis
Product performance analysis
Operating constraints analysis
Identification of advantageous geographical areas to set up NE competence
Work closely with sales support, sales management, and channel teams to create appropriate and advantageous development strategies
Work closely with the senior marketing manager ensure NE capabilities support and drive the commitment to EEC management agenda
2) Team:
Work as across the branches, NE and HQ departments collaboratively
Competence Requirements
5.1. Knowledge and Experience Required
An appropriate Bachelors degree and marketing & operation analysis related qualification is essential
Extensive experience and understanding industry development both in terms of internal capabilities and market competition
Extensive experience of working as a strategic business partner
Extensive stakeholder management in a complex decentralized global environment
Knowledge of the full range of industry operation processes, techniques and accountabilities ranging from data mapping, information analysis, and implementation
Extensive and up to date knowledge of mathematic and statistic.
Experience of successfully collaborating with a number of different teams
